Andy CarrBranch Manager Andy is the branch manager for Canem’s Calgary Branch. His responsibilities include the overall supervision of construction projects and field programs, including all preplans, contract management and personnel. Employed with Canem since 1989, Andy started as an apprentice and progressed into the roles of foreman, superintendent and project management. Andy received his Master Electrician certificate in 2007 and Gold Seal Superintendent certification in 2008. Andy sits on the board of the Canadian Construction Association and represents the Electrical Construction Association of Calgary. |

Brian AlexanderBranch Manager Brian joined Canem in 1991. With a background of industrial and commercial estimating, Brian’s successes with Canem include project management and construction manager roles. Brian became the Branch manager in 2002 and is responsible for leading and managing all performance aspects of the Branch. Under Brian's leadership, Canem has established itself as a major player in the Edmonton market. In his spare time, Brian and his family find enjoyment in raising thoroughbred race horses. |

Morley HarkeConstruction Manager Morley is the construction manager for the Edmonton Branch with over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. Morley oversees all major installations, including construction, data, infrastructure and services. Morley began his career out in the field as a young apprentice before working his way up to foreman level and achieving his masters certificate. One of Morley’s many key project successes was overseeing the installation of the Supernet Highway for the Government of Alberta. Morley is an avid sports fan who keeps himself busy by curling in three different leagues in the winter. In the summer, Morley fuels his competitive spirit with slow pitch. |
Dale deWitBranch Manager Dale is the Branch Manager for the Red Deer Branch and is responsible for its strategic direction. Dale joined Canem in 2001. Since starting out in the electrical industry as a first-year apprentice in 1979, Dale worked his way through the journeyman ranks and achieved his master’s certificate in 1987. In previous positions with Canem, Dale was a project manager and construction manager. His extracurricular activities include hockey, golf, and travelling. |

Jack MorgadinhoBranch Manager Jack assumed responsibility for the overall operations of the Vancouver Branch in January 2010. Starting as an electrical apprentice in 1983, Jack worked his way through the trade as a journeyman, foreman, project manager, and RCDD and joined Canem Systems in 1997. An avid soccer enthusiast and former player, Jack enjoys home renovations and travelling. He is a member of BICSI, Electrical Contractors Association of BC (ECABC), and Vancouver Regional Contractors Association (VCRA). |

Dale RisvoldOperations Manager Dale is the Operations Manager of the Vancouver Island Operations and started his Electrical apprenticeship with Canem Victoria Division in 1980. He progressed through the field positions of Serviceman and Foreman, and in 1995 came into the office to be a Project Manager of both Service work and large scale projects. In 2000 Dale became an ‘A’ ticket electrician. Camping with his family, helping with his 2 daughter’s ball teams and working on his property are how Dale enjoys spending his personal time. |

Les HodgsonVancouver Island Business Development Les Hodgson is responsible for the Business Development throughout the Island. Les has been with Canem Systems since starting his trade and has accumulated over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry. During his spare time, Les finds enjoyment in NASCAR racing and fishing. |
John SchubertPresident, McCaine; Vice President Business Development John has overall responsibility for the operation of the Winnipeg branch and provides strategic direction, contract administration, and marketing services to clients. John also currently serves as the President of the Canadian Construction Association. |
