The Junior Estimator is responsible for the effective preparation of detailed estimates for commercial, institutional and residential projects on a smaller scale and assisting the estimation of larger projects. This includes responsibility for building effective relationships with clients, suppliers and staff and contributing to marketing the company and its services.

The Project Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting the Project Managers for effective execution of projects and achievement of goals. This responsibility includes the preparation and documentation of project related documents, supporting estimating and project budgeting processes and managing small projects where assigned.

This includes responsibility for building effective relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers for all service and communication activities, and financial and operational responsibilities for the division's service and communication activities.
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing major projects at the division and supervising the successful progress and achievement of financial and non-financial objectives of projects as assigned. The Construction Manager participates in providing leadership for the division and is a key contributor to marketing and selling of Canem services and products at a senior industry level.

As an Apprentice, you will spend approximately 80% of your time working on the job, while learning the skills associated with the electrical trade. The balance of your time is spent in theoretical and technical in-school training, which reinforces and expands the experience gained, while working.
A Journeyman is a well-rounded electrician who has completed their apprenticeship program and is trained in all phases of electrical construction installation in various building styles and maintenance of equipment after installation.

This includes responsibility for leading the project team on site and achieving project objectives, including timelines, budget and quality requirements and productivity management as set out by the Project Manager and building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. The Senior Foreman reports directly to the Project Manager or Division Manager.
The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement, orientation, training and safety of the division's field personnel. This includes responsibilities for hiring and terminations of field staff, development and implementation safety procedures and training and participating in the pre-planning of projects.
