• Canem’s work on the Bear Mountain Arena came in under budget and on time.
• Boasting of the art technology and equipment, the St. Albert Recreation Centre facility is equipped with a sophisticated security systems, security cameras, in-house digital information boards and VOIP phone systems.
• The original design/build concept was developed in the 2004 and brought to civil approval based on a GMP budget that was formulated on a design, room data sheet and a list of client specifications.
• Canem attended many design and development meetings with the City of St Albert, their engineers and general contractors on a continual basis to ensure a successful project completion and great value for the City of St. Albert.
  
• Canem’s solution allowed the existing arena to remain functional throughout the 18-month construction schedule.
