Mount Royal Student Residences All apartments are cast in place concrete structure with steel studs. All townhouse structures were constructed in wood frame. The compound can facilitate up to 594 occupants.

Mount St. Mary Mount St. Mary is a new five storey long-term care facility housing 200 bed care units. The facility was designed to create a home-like atmosphere for up to 200 complex care residents, who live in small ‘Houses’ of 12-13 people.
