Brian Alexander, 
Branch Manager

Brian joined Canem in 1991.  Carrying a background of industrial and commercial estimating, Brian’s successes with Canem include Project Management and Construction Manager roles.  Brian assumed the role of Division Manager in 2002 and is responsible for leading and managing all performance aspects of the division.  Under Brian's leadership, Canem has established itself as a major player in the Edmonton market.

In his spare time, Brian & his family find enjoyment in raising thoroughbred race horses on their ranch.  In 2004, their homebred race horse, Weekend Ceilidh, won the Alberta Oaks Stakes in the prestigious " Alberta Fall Classic.

Morley Harke,
Construction Manager

 Morley is the Construction Manager for the Edmonton division.  His responsibilities include overseeing all major  including construction, data, infrastructure and services.

With over 35 years experience in the electrical industry, Morley began his career out in the field as a young apprentice working his way up to foreman level and achieving his Master’s certificate.

One of many Morley’s key project successes was overseeing the installation of the Supernet Highway for the Government of Alberta.

An avid sports fan, Morley keeps himself busy by curling in three different leagues in the winter while entering numerous bonspiels (ie. Curling tournaments). In the summer, Morley fuels his competitive spirit with slow pitch.
