Completion date: 2006 Project contact: Knud Mortensen General contractor: Knight Contracting Electrical budget: $1.4 million     Project Description: This Capital Regional District Headquarters was the second of a two phase project which involved the construction of six levels of office space, an underground parkade and ground level space available for future retail outlets.  The building is in the heart of Victoria’s Chinatown, across the street from Centennial Square and City Hall.  The building includes dual radial unit sub-stations, secondary distribution, an emergency generator, fire alarm system, linear computer controlled lighting, communication server rooms and raised data communication floors through-out.
