Project Description:  The Parkside Resort and Spa is a 126 unit fractional ownership development, located two blocks from the Victoria Inner Harbor.  It consists of two structures; a seven story tower and an eight storey tower, connected with a three storey atrium.  The fully furnished suite sizes are from 600 to 1,400 sq ft.  The complex includes 2.5 levels of underground parking, spa, fitness center and restaurant. 

The project is designed to be energy-wise and environmentally friendly in order for the Resort to garner a platinum rating in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system.  The building incorporates quality energy efficient light fixtures, a lighting control system, a sophisticated mechanical control and a digital metering system.
