HRIC
The Health Research Innovation Centre (HRIC) project is a medical research center in Calgary and plays a critical role in attracting and retaining some of the world’s best medical researchers in the world.  The entire project consists of the development and construction of two interrelated buildings, the HRIC Lab and the HRIC Teaching, Research and Wellness Building (TRW).

HRIC TRW
The TRW (Teaching, Research and Wellness) building serves as a clinical/office building and is part of the Health Research Innovation Centre (HRIC) project for the University of Calgary.

Lindsay Thurber
This was a major renovation project done for a high school in Red Deer. The school had structural areas which were over 50 years old. A completely new electrical system was installed as well as a new voice/data network. The project started in late 2003 and was 3 years in duration. The project was completed in phases as the building was occupied and classes continued as the renovations progressed.

NAIT HP
The NAIT HP CENTRE was a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract where Canem submitted a quotation based on documents and descriptions of work for the completed building. The initial design of the project was at approximately 35% at the time of tender. At that time, the Owner and Construction Management Team had requested the major subcontractors on board to provide input into the project prior to Construction. Our involvement with the Owner and their management team allowed the Canem project team to have greater input into the design of the final product and installation methods while providing the Owner with the maximum value for their construction budget.

RDRH
This project consisted of major renovation and additions to the Red Deer Hospital and involved the temporary re-location of over 30 departments to accommodate construction.  The project involved several phases
